Family: Mothers lay 4-7 eggs, which hatch in 32-36 days. Parents raise the babies together. Babies stay with their parents for one year. Food: In the wild, water plants and small animals. At the zoo, trout chow, grain and vegetables. Fun fact: These swans are good swimmers, but they don't dive underwater. |
