Spy Run view
To alleviate traffic problems because of the flooding, Spy Run/Lafayette Street was switched to two-way traffic to help people get to work the Monday morning of the flood. Few motorists used the new in-bound Spy Run thoroughfare, which had been flooded until late Sunday. Thjs view is looking south down Spy Run from about Tennessee Avenue. The Three Rivers Apartments complex is in the upper left.
