Waiting on a car roof
Rich Frisby waits for help atop a car roof in the 100 block of West Main Street. Frisby declined to leave during the initial evacuation. He was at a friend's apartment on West Main Street, where a porch party was in progress. But he and his friends eventually agreed to vacate the area.
