David and Judy Ball, of Fort Wayne, will be celebrating 50 years of marriage on June 18th.
The couple met while they were attending Southern Illinois University.
David is currently retired, and Judy works for Fort Wayne Community Schools.
They have three sons living in Idaho, Iowa, and Indianapolis, and one daughter who lives here in Fort Wayne.
A word from their children: "Mom and dad you have been a great example of marriage to all of us. You have shown how to love our best friend in our marriage through whatever trials we face and that laughter is one of the key ingredients to a happy marriage. We all look up to you as loving parents and an example for us in our marriages."
