Charlie and Joan will be celebrating the vows that they exchanged on their Wedding Day in 1950.
They have three daughters, Dianne Diehl of Huntington, Patricia (John) Norris, of Roanoke, and Jennifer (Mark) Christlieb, of Fort Wayne; and a son, Richard (deaceased). They also have five grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Charlie is retired from K-Mart Distribution Center, with 34 years of service. Joan retired after 20 years as an Optometric Assistant to Dr. Gregory Stouder, and twelve in the Telecom Service at Lutheran Hospital.
