Mr. Thomas and Dr. Kathleen O'Connell, Roanoke, proudly announce the engagement of their son, Ryan Thomas O'Connell to Annemieke Rice, daughter of Ingrid and Michael Rice, Barnegat, New Jersey.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Lehigh University (BA-2004) and Northeastern University (MS-2009). Mieke is Vice President of Campus Success, Campus Labs, Buffalo, New York. Ryan graduated from Bishop Luers High School, 2000; Indiana University (BA-2004); and Florida State University (MS-2009). He is Product Manager, Educational Technology, Campus Labs, Buffalo.
They will be married May 30, 2015 at St. Mark's Catholic Church, Buffalo, and honeymoon in Italy.
