Mr. and Mrs. Jack (Beverly) Vickerman announce the engagement of their daughter Chelsea Noelle to Dean Wiggins Rogers, son of Alex and Adair Rogers, of Laurens, South Carolina.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Homestead High School and Clemson University, and works for General Electric in Boulder, Colorado. Her fiance graduated from Laurens High School and Clemson University, and works for Information Providers, Inc., also in Boulder.
A wedding is planned for April 11, 2015 in Georgetown, South Carolina.
