George and Janet, of Fort Wayne, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple met in high school and married September 5, 1964 in Cleveland, Ohio at Christ United Methodist Church.
George retired from Raytheon, and Janet was a caring and proud homemaker.
They have two children, Cindy of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Mark of Fort Wayne. They are also blessed with two grandchildren.
Family and friends celebrated together at Pine Valley Country Club.
