Ron and Elaine Marker Ron and Elaine are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married September 19, 1964.

They are the parents of Gary (Tara), Michael (Michelle), and John (Allison); and are the proud grandparents of four.

Elaine retired from Fort Wayne Community Schools after 30 years of teaching. Ron taught for 40 years before retiring from East Allen County Schools.

The couple will have a family anniversary celebration in Indianapolis, next month.
